How to stop dating losers
When you’re dating a man who is verbally abusive, and shuts down when you attempt to reasonably communicate with him, the problem is that you ACCEPTED him. When you’re dating a man who has addiction issues, employment issues, and emotional issues, the problem is that you ACCEPTED him.
This book is exactly what I needed (many of my girlfriends too).My theory is that in the beginning, most women don’t know the guy is a deadbeat loser. He probably is reasonably attractive and tells a good story about his current situation and his ambitions. When I read this book, I was dating someone who made me mentally and emotionally drained - I felt used, spent and unappreciated. All the secrets about self awareness, attaining and maintaining a healthy relationship is all here. I even convinced myself I wasn't looking for love however after reading this book I took a long hard look at myself in the mirror.I discovered right away in the first chapter, that person was a mental and emotional abuser. Thank God I did, no telling what state I'd be in had I stayed. I changed my own thinking of myself to change how people/men viewed me.
